My first job was as a dental assistant/receptionist where I learned all about dentistry and how important patient care is. After attending college and receiving my degree in secondary education, I felt a calling to get back into the dental field in a Human Resources function.
Fast forward a few years, I found myself working for a large DSO in Denver, CO where I recruited for all of our corporate and field staff. I was successful in placing Dental Assistants, front office staff, management roles, Dental Hygienists, etc. Here, I found a passion for dentistry and finding the right staff for the right practice.
Since starting Preferred Search Group, I’ve been fortunate enough to partner with countless private practices in the dental spaces to aid in their hiring process.
